Returns & Refunds Policy
If the product you have purchased from The Health Emporium is damaged, poor quality or inedible, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method, exchange the product or provide you with a store credit.
We kindly request that the customer provides us with written evidence or details that confirm the purchase (such as a receipt/tax invoice) within 2 days of purchasing the product.
If you have any feedback regarding your purchases, please liaise directly with our customer support team.
All decisions involving refunds are made at our discretion.
Please note that we do not accept refunds for change of mind.
